Job Overview & Responsibilities

• Process and verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborates with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for payments, maintaining clear communication and accurate documentation.
• Manages vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and account issues.
• Prepares and maintains accounts payable records, ensuring timely payment processing and accurate financial reporting.
• Conducts regular audits of accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of accounts payable-related reports, such as ageing reports and cash flow forecasts, to inform management and support decision-making.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Stays informed about changes in relevant regulations and best practices related to accounts payable and financial management.

Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only) : $42,057.00 - $70,096.00
