The Finance and Operations Manager leads the HR departments day-to-day financial and administrative operations and reports directly to the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) serving as a member of the HR Leadership Team. Responsibilities include payroll oversight; processing financial transactions; managing account reconciliations and monthly / quarterly reporting to ensure accuracy compliance and strong internal controls. The role develops and monitors budgets prepares forecasts and delivers clear budget updates to inform strategic decisions. The Finance and Operations Manager oversees ePAFs; coordinates onboarding and off-boarding for HR employees; and manages the Universitys Workers Compensation Program. The position supervises a small team of finance and administrative staff setting priorities delegating work and providing coaching and training.
