Registered Dental Assistant

Luxe Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered in Oklahoma Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position is full-time, working 4 days per week in a single-doctor private practice. As an RDA, you will assist the dentist with various clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and maintaining a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities

• PREFERRED TO HAVE - Expanded Functions : Perform expanded duties such coronal polishing , placing fluoride, administering nitrous under supervision of the dentist, taking digital impressions, fitting crowns, and fabricating temporary crowns under the supervision of the dentist are preferred.
• Assisting with Clinical Procedures : Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
• Sterilization & Infection Control : Ensure all dental instruments are properly sterilized and that the treatment rooms are sanitized according to infection control protocols.
• Patient Care & Education : Greet and prepare patients for treatment, explain procedures, and provide post-treatment instructions.
• Radiography : Take and develop accurate dental radiographs as prescribed by the dentist.
• Lab Work : Assist with basic lab tasks such as pouring impressions, creating temporary crowns, and assisting with fabrication of other dental appliances.
• Scheduling & Administrative Support : Assist in managing patient appointments and maintaining patient records in the office management system.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain dental supplies, ensuring the office is adequately stocked at all times.
• Compensation will be fair based on experience and skill set.
• Bonuses are individually driven with no limit.
