We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing for TWO of our Skilled Long-Term Care Facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Director of Marketing maintains and improves upon the occupancy levels and revenue production in accordance with marking and business plans. Represents and increases awareness through participation in marketing events. Assists management with resident retention. Develops and executes marketing plans and achieves occupancy goals.

Marketing Director Skilled Healthcare Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy and brand awareness.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation across all marketing platforms.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and community outreach.
• Foster relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Performs other job-related duties.
