Project Team Lead – Caring Transitions of Apple Valley, MN Serving Apple Valley, Burnsville, Rosemount, Farmington, Hastings, Northfield, and Cannon Falls Caring Transitions of Apple Valley is a locally & veteran owned company that helps seniors and families downsize, relocate, and manage estate sales with care and respect.

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-focused Team Lead to oversee project teams and ensure smooth, successful client experiences.

What You’ll Do Lead and train small teams on-site for downsizing, relocation, and estate sale projects Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and within planned hours Maintain tools and supplies for each project site Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management Monitor quality and uphold company standards and safety procedures Report incidents, attendance, and progress to management This is NOT a mover role — our work focuses on organizing, sorting, staging, and preparing items for sale or relocation.
