In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to prospective customers via phone, email, and other virtual communication channels . Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
• Sell a variety of insurance products , including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
• Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell / account rounding.
• Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
• Process premium payments , policy changes, and updates.
• Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.
