The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for processing, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages within the organization. Key responsibilities include organizing mail deliveries, ensuring accurate handling, operating postage and scanning equipment, maintaining mail logs, and assisting with general clerical duties as needed. This role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mail processing equipment is an asset.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
