Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer / Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years' of direct leadership experience in a fast-growing business, with a proven track record in people management, operations, and financial performance. The role requires a candidate who is tech-savvy, data-driven, and experienced in creating scalable systems for growth. A background in a high-expectation, concierge, or high-touch client environment is essential, and experience in the wellness, health, fitness, or longevity industry is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be adept at using technology and AI to enhance business operations and will be familiar with tools such as EOS, HubSpot, and AI prompt engineering. A passion for the brand, a growth mindset, and a commitment to leading with integrity and a client-first approach are also key qualifications for this role.
