As senior living operators face staffing shortages, rising costs, and pressure to deliver consistent hospitality and care, Bear Robotics is uniquely positioned to support dining operations, internal transport, and cleaning workflows with reliable, human-friendly automation. Our suite includes tray delivery robots, internal transport units, and autonomous vacuum and floor-cleaning robotsall designed to assist staff, not replace them.
We're at the beginning of this journeyand we're looking for a strategic sales leader to help open the market, win lighthouse customers, and define the future of robotics in senior living.
The Role
We're hiring a senior enterprise sales executive to lead our expansion into the senior living vertical. You'll be responsible for identifying key accounts, structuring pilot programs, building ROI models, and driving multi-site rollouts with some of the largest senior living groups in the country.
This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who deeply understands the senior living spaceeither from the operator side, vendor sales, or industry partnershipsand can work across C-suite, dining, facilities, and housekeeping teams to bring automation into their workflows.
You'll collaborate closely with Bear's internal teams (Product, Legal, Deployment, TAMs) and help shape our approach to this critical, values-driven vertical.

The annual U.S. on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $160,000$240,000, which includes both base salary and variable commission components. Actual compensation will be determined during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, performance history, and geographic location.
