Run sponsor-side transactions end-to-end. Draft, negotiate, and lead core workstreams across buyouts, add-ons, minority / growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.

BigLaw salary PLUS full end of year bonus + signing bonus if you start before the end of the year.

What you’ll do :

Run PE / M&A workstreams with direct client contact.

Draft / negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, key ancillaries.

Own diligence, closings, and counterparty / advisor coordination.

What you bring :

3+ years at a leading firm in PE / M&A or growth / VC.

Proven independent ownership within a team.

Strong business judgment and crisp writing / speaking.

CA bar or eligibility (next exam / waiver).
