Under a little-known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS. Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Program Coach to join the LifeWise team. This role is a full-time position focused on supporting LifeWise teams and programs as they prepare to launch. An ideal candidate is one with leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a remote position for candidates living in Oklahoma, providing the opportunity to cultivate and oversee teams serving LifeWise programs in Oklahoma and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Guide local teams through the process of building a Steering Committee, seeking school approval for LifeWise, and recruiting and hiring program staff members
• Build high performance teams
