Job Title : QA / QC Inspector Commercial Construction

Employment Type : Full-Time

Reports To : QA / QC Manager or Project Superintendent

Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA / QC Inspector to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality across our commercial construction projects. As a key member of the field operations team, you will be responsible for inspecting work, verifying compliance with project specifications, and supporting documentation for quality assurance and control.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and company standards
• Review and verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods across multiple trades
• Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to quality requirements
• Assist in developing and implementing project-specific QA / QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• Support project closeout by compiling turnover packages and quality documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in HSE audits as needed
