POSITION REQUIREMENTS : at least 2 years of Home Health experience, Experience with Homecare Homebase / Oasis documentation, Experience with Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a bonus, Experience with on call / triage, Reliable and dependable, excellent time management skills, Professional, Customer service excellence, compassion and caring, Licensure in hand at time of submission.
