Subcontractor Handyman / Handywoman

Position - Independent Subcontractor

$35-$50 per hour Plus Bonus

This is a full-time position. We offer year-round work, We are in search of Field Technicians experienced in different areas of home maintenance, repair, and remodeling these include : rough and trim carpentry, rough and trim electrical, rough and trim plumbing, tile and flooring installation, interior painting, drywall (installation, taping, sanding and repair) and pressure washing.

Major responsibilities include : arriving to work on time, assisting homeowners with light residential construction and home improvement projects, providing a superior product, meeting job deadlines, and delivering exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 plus years experience in related fields (listed above)
• Take pride in your work
• Excellent communication skills
• A friendly and approachable demeanor
• Have your own tools
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable vehicle
• Vehicle insurance
• Pass a nationwide background check
