Job Description

This role utilizes analytical skills to create a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition.

New & Exciting Opportunity! We're seeking an experienced Auto Adjuster to join our team in a hybrid role- 60% virtual desk adjusting from home and 40% field auto adjusting. This role offers flexibility and the chance to grow within a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is located within 50 miles of Chico, CA and brings strong negotiation skills, effective time management, a daptability, a team player and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with auto insurance estimating, including both desk and field appraisals, is essential-especially proficiency with the CCC One estimating platform. Licensing is preferred but not required; candidates must be willing to obtain a license during training if not already licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits
• Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $ 25.50 - $ 39.02 Hourly and is based on experience and qualifications.

Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
