Location : Hybrid (Indianapolis Office) Fully remote considered for the right candidate
Contract : Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Summary
As an M&A Project Manager, you'll plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You'll ensure smooth integration of acquired entities and alignment with organizational objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, you'll manage due diligence, integration planning, and post-close activitiesall while driving innovation and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements
5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in M&A or corporate integration
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex, confidential projects
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
PMP or similar certification
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation concepts, and legal due diligence
Knowledge of IT systems integration and data migration
