Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Assist in all areas of support for loan department

Titles : White slip processing securing title for collateral completing necessary paperwork assure proper documentation scanning of documents etc.

  • Total Loss : Work total loss process in a timely and efficient manner
  • Balancing and / or validation-verification of various reports in a timely manner including : GAP Loan Metrics by Officer / Processor Incentives GAP Lenders Protection and any other reports assigned
  • Assisting phone center and other credit union team members to assure high level of member satisfaction and a smooth operation of the loan servicing process

    • Qualifications and Required Skills :

  • Previous experience in title examination loan servicing or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a history of accuracy in work product.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on member service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
