Responsibilities
Program Leadership : Drive the successful execution of complex thermal and cooling system programs from initial concept / Statement of Work (SOW) through design, validation, mass production, and post-launch support, specifically tailored for NVIDIA's requirements.
Customer & Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer’s engineering, product management, and supply chain teams. Translate high-level customer requirements into detailed, actionable product and manufacturing plans for internal teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination : Lead and manage internal R&D, Mechanical / Thermal Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams across global sites (US and Asia) to ensure alignment on program goals, timelines, and technical specifications.
Schedule & Risk Management : Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, identify critical path activities, and proactively manage technical, supply chain, and schedule risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Technical Oversight : Possess a strong understanding of high-performance thermal solutions, including advanced air and liquid cooling technologies (e.g., cold plates, manifolds, CDU, quick connectors, heat pipes) relevant to high-TDP server and GPU environments. Oversee technical design reviews and validation plans.
Manufacturing Readiness : Partner closely with operations and factory teams to ensure design for manufacturing (DFM), establish production line readiness, manage New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, and drive closure on all yield and quality issues leading to high-volume production (HVM).
Reporting & Communication : Provide regular, high-quality program status updates, executive summaries, and technical deep-dives to both internal leadership and customers’ stakeholders.
