Responsibilities :

Working in the adult Crisis Services Diagnostic Outpatient Center (CSDC), the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy services, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patients' or students' communication needs. The SLP ensures services are delivered in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program is required. Some directly related experience, including clinical experience in evaluation and treatment of communication and / or swallowing disorders, is preferred. Candidates must also have certification and licensure, or be eligible to obtain certification and licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia. Current BLS certification is required, or must be obtained within 3 months of employment.

This position offers flexibility and can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the selected candidate's interest and availability.

Starting salary for full-time is $80,000 and is commensurate with experience. Relocation expenses are negotiable.
