The Company is seeking a Capture and Delivery Executive with a focus on Managed Services in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in this area by working closely with clients to address their most complex challenges. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in professional services, particularly in the US Financial Services market, and a strong background in sales. The Executive will be tasked with overseeing and building the Managed Services pipeline, leveraging and expanding client relationships, and collaborating with various teams to meet growth objectives. Strategic market shaping, influencing senior leaders, and supporting client engagement and project delivery are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of professional services experience in the US Financial Services market, with at least 5 years in a sales capacity. A deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs, particularly in the area of Financial Crime Compliance, is essential. The role demands a leader with strong visionary skills, the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, and excellent communication. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a significant personal network in the commercial US Financial Services client base, as well as experience in implementing technology solutions, is a plus. The position also requires the ability to travel extensively, up to 80%, as per client and organizational demands.
