job_description.job_card.job_description40k base 25k variable (65k OTE) Uncapped commissions and accelerators Opportunities for career growth and advancement Training A safe and secure working environment Opportunities to work on a variety of projects and tasks Over 30 years of experience as one of the largest commercial washing companies in the US Outside Sales for commercial power washing services High volume of outreach including emails phone calls and in person meetings Crafting and sending detailed estimates on projects Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development All training is provided and training is a never-ending focus Minimum 1-2 years of outside sales experience Proven track record of success Demonstrates a commitment to customers Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Strong work ethic ambitious Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required
