As a Procurement Specialist Aftermarket you will negotiate and administer life of program contract terms conditions and pricing to achieve Collins Aerospace financial and business objectives.

What You Will Do

• You will work onsite in Chula Vista CA.
• Interface with program leadership engineering quality production control internal and external suppliers and internal customers.
• Manage several suppliers / components and will be responsible for delivery and quality assurance cost management quote preparation negotiations and contract award.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment are essential with minimal guidance or direction from others.
• Embrace our lean and continuous improvement philosophy of the CORE operating system. Participation in CORE engagements / Kaizen events and activities will be required.
• Supply Chain experience - Place purchase orders monitor supplier performance and negotiate long term agreements.
• Provide delivery assurance cost management and use their experience and industry-leading tools to ensure 100 percent on-time delivery and quality.
• Prepare Request for Quotes (RFQs) participate in negotiations and issue Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
• Travel up to 10% domestically.

The salary range for this role is 90000 USD - 182000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
