Overview of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role :

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include :

Daily Cash Deposits : Prepare daily cash deposits and complete the cash control sheet daily, ensuring the economic accuracy of our transactions.

Invoicing : Create and send invoices to customers and clients based on the accounts receivable (AR) aging report, contributing to accurate and timely billing.

Payment Application : Apply received payments and update the accounts receivable ledger for the customer, maintaining accurate financial records.

Customer Communication : Obtain and mail customer invoice copies as requested, fostering strong client relationships.

Credit Card Deposits : Process daily credit card deposits to ensure the security and accuracy of transactions.

Record Keeping : File check stubs and bank receipts to maintain organized financial documentation.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist :

To excel in this role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you should possess the following qualifications :

Experience : At least 2+ years of RECENT accounts receivable experience showcasing your financial transactions and billing expertise.

Excel Skills : Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, to effectively manage financial data.

Sense of Urgency : The ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and maintain financial accuracy.
