Staff Accountant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing general accounting functions, supporting month-end and year-end closings, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other analyses.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
