Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized. Properly store ingredients and finished goods to maintain freshness. Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the team. Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience : Proven experience as a baker or cook. Skills : Strong teamwork, excellent communication, and proficiency with baking tools and equipment. Attributes : A positive attitude, the ability to follow sanitation procedures and multitasking skills.
