We are looking for a dedicated Grant Administrator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The role involves collaborating with grantee partners, ensuring compliance with funding regulations, and optimizing grant processes for community-based organizations.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with program officers and grantee partners to ensure understanding of grant processes, including financial and contractual reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance to grantees and internal teams regarding fund disbursement schedules and spending timelines to maximize resource availability.
• Work with grantee organizations and other stakeholders to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Monitor grantee compliance with regulations and standards throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Collect, analyze, and manage grant data to create reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist grantees in tracking and reconciling expenses accurately and on time.
• Support grantee partners in submitting required financial documents and reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of grant activities, including database management, compliance tracking, and payment processing.
