Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Engineering

Cloudflare is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Technical Program Manager to lead and manage various company-wide initiatives and projects spanning multiple quarters and teams within Infrastructure Engineering. Your main responsibility will be to work cross functionally across product engineering security technical operations and more to build and execute on the overall strategy.

You will play an active part in collecting requirements setting up deliverables reporting progress managing stakeholder expectations and working with various functions to deliver success. You will partner with various product and engineering counterparts to determine available options manage stakeholder expectations and execute against the roadmap.

This job involves managing multiple stakeholders and accommodating teams dispersed across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate is process driven but remains flexible and iterative someone who loves to tackle new challenges really enjoys bringing people together as a team and driving them towards success.

This position will be based in the US. You will be reporting into the Infrastructure Engineering organization.

Major areas of responsibilities

• Possess a working knowledge of data center infrastructure components like servers storage networking connectivities and their interdependencies to identify technical risks and potential roadblocks for programs.
• Work with stakeholders to align on inputs for Infrastructure programs which includes alignment of deliverables.
• Develop reports and dashboards for tracking and delivery of KPIs
• Ability to communicate effectively to all members of teams programs and senior leadership. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear documentation for infrastructure deliverables (including status reports) processes and project plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executives.
