We're partnered with a prestigious international law firm on a search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a Supreme Court and Appellate practice group in Washington DC. This position is an opportunity to play a critical role in providing expert-level litigation support throughout complex appellate matters, from case initiation through Supreme Court proceedings.

Key responsibilities include :

• Orchestrate comprehensive deposition and argument logistics coordination
• Conduct thorough cite-checking for briefs and motions, ensuring Bluebook compliance and source accuracy
• Create jurisdiction-compliant brief and motion templates following applicable court rules
• Maintain communication with state, federal, and appellate court clerk offices
• Assist in trial preparation in partnership with Trial and Litigation Support teams
• Support witness preparation and testimony development processes
• Compile and review appellate appendices and supporting exhibit materials
