Job Description

What You'll Do

You'll be a core driver of our field research program-designing trials, gathering insights, and translating real-world results into global impact. Your work may include :

• Designing and executing field trials that support product development and regulatory strategies
• Collaborating with growers, researchers, and internal teams to generate high-quality data
• Developing trial protocols and contributing to scientific and regulatory reports
• Managing timelines, field resources, and data systems that keep our work moving forward
• Traveling throughout California to oversee field activities and support demonstrations
