Construction Scheduler Multifamily Projects

About the Role You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects (up to 4 at a time). This role requires strong analytical skills, resource coordination, and clear communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities + Develop and maintain project schedules from scratch using MS Project and Primavera P6 + Monitor progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions + Coordinate resources and manage schedule risks + Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis + Communicate schedule changes and impacts to project teams and leadership Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + 5+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction or engineering + Proficiency in MS Project and strong Excel skills + Experience with multifamily projects (ground-up and renovations) + PMP certification preferred + Excellent communication and organizational skills Work Environment + Location : New York City + Schedule : Full-time, in-office (5 days / week) + Project Types : Multifamily (ground-up and renovations) + Fast-track hiring process : 1 virtual + 1 in-person interview Ready to take ownership of project schedules and drive successful outcomes?
