RF / DAS / ERRCS Installer

We are hiring across multiple skill levels :

RF Installer – Level 3 (Senior)

Responsible for assessing and estimating RF construction projects, supervising junior installers, and executing installations accurately and efficiently.

RF Installer – Level 2 (Intermediate)

Supports Level 3 in project assessment and estimation while independently completing assigned tasks with increasing responsibility.

RF Installer – Level 1 (Entry Level)

Learns from Levels 2 and 3 while assisting with project tasks and developing technical skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

RF Installer – Level 3

• Supervises 2-4 junior installers
• Responsible for full completion of RF construction projects
• Reads and interprets blueprints
• Ensures full job site safety and R56 compliance
• Communicates clearly with team and clients
• Troubleshoots and solves problems effectively
• Manages job outcomes, timelines, and expectations
• Proficient with cabling, cable pulling / running, connectors, and light construction
• Understands grounding requirements
• Works well in a team environment
