IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategies for Cornerstones Shelter Solutions business unit. The candidate will gain an in-depth understanding of the customers business strategy processes services roadmap and the context in which Shelter Solutions operates. Working closely with business stakeholders the candidate will establish short and long-term IT strategies and roadmaps to meet the capabilities required to address Shelter Solutions initiatives and challenges.

Essential Duties

• Contributing member of a team of analysts and developers who facilitate Shelter Solutions process and procedure creation and implementation
• Represent IT in Shelter Solutions project and leadership meetings as appropriate
• Build develop and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with the business and IT
• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs which may include advanced troubleshooting
• Enable business users to become power users to improve the use of Shelter Solutions software and services
• Review Shelter Solutions business processes from end-to-end to identify and address risks
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies using LEAN methodologies
• Serve as a liaison between Shelter Solutions and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for new systems and tools system modifications enhancements and implementations
• Lead small to mid-size projects and assist project managers on larger more complex projects
• Track budgets and spend as allocated to projects and initiatives
• Provide project-level analysis and documentation (business requirements success metrics scope matrix use cases sequence diagrams future state proposals UAT plan and workflow diagrams)
• Create and maintain issue logs meeting minutes meeting schedules project schedules and updates
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements
• Develop and execute test plans provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors

Additional Information :

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60000-$75000 medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
