MMI Engineered Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual for the Program Manager position.

The Program Manager will support APQP, design, development, and launch activities while coordinating cross-functional projects and managing key engineering processes. This role reports directly to the Director of Engineering and plays a critical part in ensuring programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and track outsourcing activities for tooling, fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing engineering.

Create, submit, and track engineering purchase orders.

Develop and maintain engineering procedures, work instructions, and APQP documentation.

Manage order entry for new projects, including sample, shop, and outsourcing purchase orders.

Track and manage department metrics and assist with continuous improvement projects.

Support quote preparation by reviewing packages, obtaining supplier quotes, and ensuring timely, accurate submissions.

Oversee sample submission management in collaboration with Application Engineers and customers.

Maintain tool inventory records and handle disposition when necessary.

Support cost reduction and special engineering projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities.

Proficient in general computer applications (training provided as needed).

Highly organized with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Work Environment & Expectations :

• Office environment with fluorescent lighting and 25% of time on manufacturing floor.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Production.
