Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive, effective, and user‑centric experiences for our generative AI products, with a specialized focus on creating seamless Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, and audit professionals to translate complex user stories and technical requirements into elegant and practical design solutions.
• Establish and champion a comprehensive design system, including best practices, UI patterns, and component libraries, to ensure a consistent, high‑quality, and reliable user experience across the entire product suite.
• Drive the product’s user‑centric evolution by conducting user research, leading usability testing sessions, and analyzing feedback to iteratively refine and enhance the human‑agent interaction model.
• Develop and own the end‑to‑end user journey map, ensuring every interaction is thoughtfully designed to align with the strategic vision of transforming and automating the audit process.
• Provide hands‑on creation of high‑fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
