Paid Media Analyst
Full-Time | Remote (50% overlap with EST mornings)

We are now looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our Paid Media team. This role is the backbone of our reporting and ad operations, ensuring every upload, campaign, and performance report is accurate and delivered on time. You will support both the Paid Media and Retention teams by keeping data clean, organized, and actionable so that our strategists can make smarter, faster decisions.

Provide essential Paid Media and Reporting support by managing Meta ad uploads, campaign data, and performance tracking with speed and accuracy. You will be the backbone that keeps Freebird's ad operations running seamlessly, ensuring every number, tracker, and insight is rock solid.
What You'll Do
Ad Operations
- Review and upload 40 to 50 Meta ads per day across Facebook and Instagram with zero errors
- QA copy, tracking links, and naming conventions for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with Paid Social and Creative teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
