Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed investigations into employee relations concerns, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies
Provide clear communication and comprehensive reports regarding investigations
Support the development of a positive workplace culture and coach managers on performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in employee relations or equivalent education and experience
Bachelor's degree preferred in human resource management or related field
Experience in conducting investigations and advising on sensitive employee relations issues
Knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
Ability to problem-solve with minimal guidance
