Experience managing nurture programs triggered campaigns and multi-step journeys that align with customer lifecycle stages and business goals. Ability to collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging consistency brand alignment and personalization across touchpoints. Proven experience working in compliance-sensitive environments with a strong grasp of risk management protocols legal review cycles and data privacy regulations (e.g. FINRA SEC GDPR CAN-SPAM). Skilled in navigating internal review processes including stakeholder approvals legal signoffs and audit documentation. Comfortable working with compliance teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory standards and institutional policies. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Experience & Technical Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs ideally within a regulated industry such as banking insurance or asset management.
- Proficient in enterprise-grade email service platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketo Eloqua or similar tools with a strong understanding of platform capabilities including segmentation dynamic content and automation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into email strategies including campaign planning audience targeting and performance optimization.
