What You'll Do :

As a Litigation Assistant , you'll work closely with attorneys and paralegals to keep cases moving efficiently through the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing electronic court filings (e-filing)
• Coordinating client appointments and maintaining ongoing communication
• Preparing case files and documents for court appearances
• Drafting pleadings and Judicial Council forms
• Communicating with opposing counsel
• Supporting attorneys and paralegals with on-demand litigation tasks
