Key Responsibilities
Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits for timely financial clearance of patient accounts
Completes payer forms and coordinates clinical documentation submissions for authorizations
Communicates with Utilization Review and collaborates with staff to ensure financial clearance prior to services
Required Qualifications
Education : H.S. Diploma / GED Equivalent
Experience : Less than 1 Year of Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
Ability to understand and adhere to payer guidelines
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent data entry and typing skills
