We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a strong background in wireless and telecommunications design to join a growing engineering team based in Towson Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse and technically challenging structural projects from advanced telecom towers to bridges retaining walls and custom-designed structures that shape modern infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee structural systems for wireless and non-wireless projects including monopoles guyed / self-supporting towers building mounts water tanks and unique specialty structures.

Manage projects end-to-end from initial proposal and scope definition to design documentation and construction oversight.

Conduct site visits inspections and client coordination to ensure successful execution and performance in the field.

Lead and mentor junior engineers review calculations and design drawings for accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed expectations.

Apply innovative thinking and sound engineering judgment to deliver efficient reliable designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master s preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

8 years of structural engineering experience with a focus on telecommunications wireless facilities or infrastructure design .

Proficiency with RISA Suite (RISA-3D RISA Foundation RISA Connection) and familiarity with tnxTower Enercalc L-Pile AutoCAD and Excel .

Strong technical leadership client communication and project management abilities.

A proactive mindset and interest in business development or client engagement are a plus.
