The Crew Leader is a critical part of our team who is responsible for :

• Supervising all maintenance care service activities of the crew ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material that the crews have the training and tools needed to complete the job and that the crews are operating safely at all times.
• Reviewing and managing time sheets.
• Completing a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week.
• Coordinating with account managers supervisors customers and employees as needed.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely driving crews to and from jobs adhering to Companys safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
• Cutting lawns using various size power mowers.
• Trimming / edging along walkways driveways and curves.
• Cleaning up areas after trimming using leaf blowers.
• Picking up trash on properties.
• Leaf removal.
• Assist with trimming bushes and clean up.
