Pay Rate : $51 – $56 / hour

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking  Occupational Therapist  for an exciting Travel or Local job in  Naples, FL.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide occupational therapy as prescribed by physicians in a variety of clinical settings.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals.

Deliver direct patient care and document progress accurately.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and families on therapy plans, self-care techniques, and adaptive strategies.

Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment.

Participate in quality improvement and staff development initiatives.

Support organizational goals and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).

Active Florida OT license (or eligibility to obtain).

Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care and outpatient therapy.

Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
