Description

Mid-sized law firm located in the Financial District in San Francisco is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to :

• Providing assistance to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation cases
• Managing case-related tasks such as calendaring deadlines, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings and depositions
• Drafting and preparing litigation documents with meticulous attention to detail
• Ensuring legal documents adhere to prescribed citation standards
• Conducting factual investigations and legal research as required
• Preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits and relevant materials
• Assisting with case discovery, including document management and review
• Handling the filing and service of legal documents, both electronically and in hard copy format
