Work with 5-10 managers at a time. Requirements : Experience with operational performance coaching Operational excellence experience Understanding of business metrics and KPIs Strong communication skills, verbal and written Emotional intelligence Ability to create strong relationships P&C or Claims experience is a plus Contact center coaching experience is preferred MS Office proficiency
