Schedule : Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate equipment and perform related duties in a safe manner
  • Complete all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising the quality of work
  • Maintain compliance to regulatory requirements for safe food handling by following sanitation infection control risk management guidelines and HACCP plan.
  • Completes cleaning duties pulling trash sweeping mopping
  • Assist patients in completing menu selections offering alternative menu in accordance with food allergies food sensitivities cultural ethnic and religious preferences.
  • Update and validate diet changes in the patient diet management system prints and distributes reports tallies menus and meal tickets.
  • Stock nourishment rooms and assist with kitchen stocking
  • Perform cafeteria duties as assigned including serving grilling stocking cleaning and cash handling.

    • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Food Handlers Card

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Sanitation / Safe Food Handling
  • Healthcare / restaurant experience
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks and effectively work alongside the culinary team and leaders
