Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing compassionate patient care, preparing patients for examinations, prepping charts and assisting with clinical procedures. Duties include maintaining medical records, managing appointments, and ensuring the functionality and efficient flow of the medical office environment. The role involves working collaboratively with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure quality patient care. Phlebotomy a plus but not required. We are seeking a DYNAMIC and upbeat team player who can multitask efficiently in a busy medical practice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and thorough knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience in managing Medical Office tasks and maintaining Medical Records
• Strong ability to provide excellent and empathetic Patient Care
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently in a team environment
