Line Lead

1st shift Production Line Lead

• Understand, follow, and teach process to a team of production workers (4-6 workers)
• Read and verify line orders
• Run filling machines
• Complete all production and QA paperwork
• Adhere to all safety protocol
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Check work and lead by example
• Meet shift deadlines
• Flexible and available for overtimes with some weekends. Requirements :
• Experience in a lead role
• Experience working with filling machines
• Experience in completing tickets / paperwork on a production line
• Experience in QA on a production line
• Able to motivate and lead by example
• Comfortable working around chemicals
