job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook High School Diploma or GED required Clerical administrative or similar experience Accounts payable a plus! Assist in training associates as needed. Work at multiple office stations as needed. File documents, sort, and separate labels. Create inbound / outbound files. Communicate with customers daily, through various channels, responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Monitor OOR Daily Monitor / assist with billing and / or special projects as needed. Work closely with operations and office team, always follow up with all departments. Assist with the development and administration of various departmental projects and prepares reports. Maintains reports as assigned. Responsibilities include - waving, routing, carrier communication, updating system, preparing orders for processing and closing shipments. Complete tasks as required by the department manager / supervisors. Maintains harmony among workers. Other duties as assigned.

Job Location : Shreveport, LA
Pay : $19.00 / hour
Monday-Thursday 7 : 30-4 : 30pm, Friday 7 : 30am-2 : 30pm, Saturday 6am-10am or 7am-12pm
The Office General I will provide ADMINISTRATIVE support by performing routine office or clerical support tasks according to well established company procedures. Will perform cross-functional duties within the logistics Distribution Center to support the workflow and operation flow.
