What You Will Do : Lead the development of our Electrical Engineering practice, including hiring, mentoring, and integrating electrical services into projects. You will set strategic goals, oversee technical work in roadway lighting, traffic signals, power systems, renewable energy, and smart infrastructure, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. You will collaborate internally, manage client relationships, oversee budgets and schedules, and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters preferred
• Massachusetts P.E. license
• 10+ years in electrical engineering, with leadership experience
• Expertise in infrastructure-related electrical systems
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, AGi 32, or similar software
• Knowledge of NEC, Massachusetts Electrical Code, ANSI / IES standards
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IoT, EV charging, energy storage (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
