A brand-new, small-animal hospital in Pflugerville, TX, is seeking an ambitious DVM to join as Medical Director and Co-Owner. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role and into ownership—without the financial risk.

This hospital has been purpose-built from the ground up to support modern, forward-thinking veterinary medicine, giving you the environment, tools, and autonomy to create something truly exceptional.

The facility is a newly constructed, high-tech space designed for efficiency, comfort, and outstanding clinical capability. Multiple spacious exam rooms, a separate canine and feline flow, and dedicated surgical, dental, and imaging suites allow the medical team to work smoothly. The hospital is fully equipped with therapeutic laser, ultrasound, digital radiology, and digital dental radiography, and EMR. You will have influence if you’d like to offer additional services and require further investments in specific equipment.

You’ll collaborate closely with an experienced operations team and a supportive clinical leadership group that values communication, mentorship, and a shared vision.

With no weekends or after-hours responsibilities, you’ll have the balance you need while shaping the culture, standards, and direction of your own hospital. As a partner at the parent-company level, you will also enjoy long-term wealth-building potential—with no cash buy-in required.
